Do I get free credits to start?
Yes. Every new account starts with 500 free credits — enough to parse hundreds of pages before you ever pick a plan.
What happens if I run out mid-job?
Turn on extra-credit usage in your account settings and jobs keep running past your balance, with the overage billed to your card. Leave it off and jobs simply pause until you top up — no surprise charges.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. One-time top-up packs come in the same denominations as our plans (5,000, 10,500, and 110,000 credits) and purchased credits never expire.
Am I locked in?
No lock-in. Change or cancel your plan anytime. Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each cycle; top-up credits you buy carry over and never expire.
